Marie Gorman

Director of Operations

Marie Gorman studied conservation and resources studies from UC Berkeley. She went on to pursue a thriving career in education serving students world-wide from Guam to Hawaii.

Her specialty is teaching science and the Next Generation Science Standards using place-based teaching methods that are culturally relevant to her student populations. Prior to teaching, she served as an officer in the United States Navy. She is the mother of two handsome boys.
